(More customer reviews)I never write reviews, but I had to for this product. During an 18 mile training run 5 months ago I injured my foot. I continued to run on it (stupid!) & then developed plantar fasciitis. After trying pretty much every insole on the market I saw these at our local drug store and decided to try them. Granted, the several months of not running and trying to stay off my foot (and doing yoga to gain flexibility) helped heal my foot, but it is still not 100%. I put these insoles in my running shoes (replaced the ones that came with the shoes) and I can run pain free now - even on pavement! I have ordered several pairs of these to put in my work shoes, biking shoes,... I have very high arches, and have never before found a shoe or insole that works for my feet. These truly do form to your foot and provide amazing cushioning. I LOVE THESE INSOLES!!!
