(More customer reviews)I was told to use this b/c of my anterior tarsal tunnel problems in both feet. I felt no relief after applying the cream, however three hours later I had put my shoes and socks on and went out. My feet began to sweat at some point and my feet felt like they were on fire. I had to go into the bath room and wash my feet in the sink with ice cold water then leave my socks off and hurry home. The 2nd time I used it I took a bath 7 hours after applying it and again the horrible burning was too much for me to put me feet into the tub and get out. I had to lay on my back and drain the tub before I could get up. Zostrix does not go well with water, given that feet sweat I wonder why they would suggest you use it on your feet.
