(More customer reviews)In the pack of four, one of the bottles of Saline was leaking, ruining the packaging and making me hesitant to use that bottle, so I threw it away. Also, for what this is...four small bottles of saline and what seem like cheap nasal aspirators, seems expensive. When I used this on my little one, it didnt seem to work at all.

(More customer reviews)Our doctor recommended these drops when our son had RSV. It made sucking out his nose actually possible and productive. It also helped him from getting bloody noses from so much sucking. However, it does not actually help with congestion in my opinion.
