(More customer reviews)I've used this product for more than 5 years now, on my toe nails. It takes a really long time (about a year or more), but I definitely see improvement. When I was pregnant, I stopped using it (and my circulation wasn't as good), and the fungus came back.
They used to claim to be effective on nails, but I think the government made them stop. I think it was more political than science (the drug manufacturers would rather you take their pills), because the stuff is definitely effective - my toes prove it. However, don't expect miracles. You have to be really consistent and persistent.
Whenever I stop applying it daily, my nails get worse again.

(More customer reviews)I have used extended release guaifenesin (the active drug in Mucinex) for many years to help with sinus drainage and chronic bronchitis. It really works to clear out the lungs and my MD tells me it helps reduce sinus drainage as well. I stocked up on the prescription form of guaifenesin just before the FDA pulled all extended release guaifenesin from the market except for Mucinex. The reason for this action was somewhat esoteric and it allowed Mucinex to have a monopoly on the extended release form. Well, my horde of prescription guaifenesin finally ran out and I started using Mucinex. It works that same as the old prescription drugs because it is the same thing (they are both extended release guaifenesin). But, Mucinex is very expensive. So, I switched to immediate relase guaifenesin and found that it works just as well at a significant cost savings. The only thing is that you will have to take more immediate release tablets to equal a 12-hour extended release tablet. If you can't let go of the Mucinex, consider taking the immediate release during the day and Mucinex at night. You will save a lot of money. Mucinex is the only extended release tablet on the market. So, if it is guaifenesin and it is not Mucinex then it is an immediate release tablet. Check the price differences.

At the onset of cold symptoms, my husband and I begin our "Alka Seltzer Regimen" and it has never let us down. Our personal experience has always been that, not only does this medicine relieve cold symptoms without making you feel medicated or groggy, it seems to stop the cold in its tracks. I do believe that the effervescent tablets are part of the magic, as we don't seem to get the same results from the Alka Seltzer liquid gels or the powder formula.

(More customer reviews)This product works best if you're cutting a hard, medium- or large-sized, round pill in half. It keeps the pill in place with a rubber grip while you're cutting it, and then neatly contains the two halves in a compartment.
However, if you're cutting a pill into quarters, things become more difficult. It is hard to position a pill half in the splitter so that evenly split quarters are obtained. The blade is covered by plastic, which confers a blunting effect that tends to crush or chip some pills, especially small or soft ones.
Despite the crushing effect of the blade's plastic cover, this product is very safe. You do not need to worry about cutting your fingers on the blade while positioning a pill.
Another difficulty when using this product is cutting large, oblong pills. It is difficult to position the pill so that the blade splits the pill evenly, regardless of whether you are attempting to split down the long axis or the short axis. Some oblong pills do not even fit in the splitter so that they can be split down the short axis.
Finally, while this product is quite useful for cutting certain kinds of pills, it is a bit on the expensive side, especially considering its limitations.

I first found it in my local health food store, but have since moved about 1000 miles away to a new city and state and have NO idea where to get the stuff around here - and it's the only thing I've found that helps to deal with my episodes of very, VERY heavy menstruation. (Sorry if this is an unpleasant subject, but people need to know what the product is good for!) After searching in vain for a solution in standard medicine, which says there isn't one (short of voluntary hysterectomy, which is a tad farther than I'm willing to go at this moment), I said, what the hell, I'll try homeopathy - and found this little gem. Without it, I'm at the mercy of my weird body, which apparently thinks I ENJOY waking up in a pool of my own blood (literally - and no one should have to do that unless they've been shot!). In just the "Morning" section, it can easily hold a large calcium tab, a large fish oil capsule, an extra large potassium tablet, as well as three other pills. Everything fits, yet the item is so compact it doesn't take up a lot of space. The only (minor) complaint is that the first time I opened the plastic tops they were a little hard to open. But once I got them all open, the hinges loosened and they all open and shut easily now. This is really a convenient product!

(More customer reviews)This is a great price for generic Benadryl. Works just as well as the brand name product. I use this often during allergy season, but only at night. This drug can make you very sleepy. I also use this product to help me rest when I have mosquito or other bug bites. It reduces itching and helps you sleep. This is the "sleep" ingredient in Tylenol PM. My vet prescribed half a pill for my dog when he was particularly itchy during the summer (evidently due to allergies). I used to use "snake oil" for all these ailments, but now I just use Diphenhydramine HCI. You really should have this stuff in your medicine cabinet.

A pill tray is helpful to me because I am dreadfully forgetful as to whether or not I have taken my pills or not and is helpful for my son so that his doses are pre-dosed for him for easy taking (and we know if he's taken his dose or not). The individual pods are a fabulous feature because if we're running out to dinner, we just pop the pill pod into a purse or pocket and know that the pills will be with us and never miss a dose! I brought it on vacation with me as well and each day would just grab my pod for the day and off I'd go! We couldn't have found a better pill tray!

High Strength Fargelin 36 Tablets per bottle Review

(More customer reviews)I am not exactly sure what did the trick but I can tell you that after taking these pills 3 times a day (3 pills each time), having had one session of acupuncture (highly recommended),and the use of Witch Hazel pads (heaven!), along with taking Epsom salt baths and using the Mayinglong Musk ointment - the hemorrhoids almost completely disappeared in just 6 days! And by that, I mean they shrank about 90-95%. This is compared to years of trying all kinds of things (which did include Witch Hazel solution and Epsom salt baths). I am placing another order now.
Additionally, make sure to take your fiber morning and evening - whole Psyllium Husks are the best (Metamucil powder or pills do nothing for me); also Psyllium Husks are natural and don't have any laxative components in them, which might otherwise create a dependency on having to rely on a laxative "to do the job". Finally, taking Aloe Juice (4 ounces) at least once a day (before going to bed) is very beneficial for you gut which will in turn help prevent it from creating these flare-ups. Don't forget to get enough rest too!
Don't think that surgery is the answer to everything. I am doing all this after I had mine a few years ago...

(More customer reviews)I bought this product about a month back and really liked it. I have worn all kinds of arch support and have had surgery on both feet. I wanted something I could plod about the house with. I hate wearing shoes (live in FL)
The only problem I found was in the design. one strap curls around the other to fasten on the opposite side, leaving a lump at the crossover. I fixed this by cutting a small slit in the opposing side and I feed it through the center. Now in sits perfectly flat under my sandals too.
Beware. I figured they were a pack of two (I have two feet) Nope, just the one came..but! I am back for more! Easy wear, easy wash..I have one happy foot :)
