(More customer reviews)This stuff really works. I have a baby that does not burp, so most of her air comes out the back end. Gas Drops work very well in helping her not have to work so hard to get those bubbles out. My doctor agrees that the Gas Drops do wonders in little babies that don't really know how to handle too many air bubbles. Have bought multiple bottles since Babies R Us is usually out.
