(More customer reviews)I have been using these since June for elbow protection while 'caving' (a more serious version of spelunking). I am absolutely amazed how well these things are holding up. On one trip I spent over 7 hrs crawling hands and knees over rocks and mud. While cleaning up at the end of the trip, I was sure that I would find them to be TRASHED, but to my surprise, they hardly showed any wear at all! My knee pads that were specially built for caving, were torn at the seams after only one trip. Even after multiple trips, these elbow pads look near new and the elastic is still tight. I am so impressed with the durability, I have ordered 2 more sets - one as a back up, and one for a friend.
