(More customer reviews)Entsol is a great product. The nasal gel works well to keep the nasal passage mositened when using the Enstol spray and especially when the humidity is very low. The gel is easy to apply with a Q-tip providing a little in each nostril with a slight twist gives great coverage. My nose stays moist, but not irritatingly so. In dry weather I need to apply 2-3 times a day. Normally only once a day.
