(More customer reviews)I purchased this ball to use to apply more concentrated pressure than I can get with a foam roller. It came with no directions. That made it difficult to understand the purpose of the ball and the proper inflation. It seems to me that for this to work the pressure should be 50 - 100 psi. As I pumped the ball up - the ball kept getting bigger but not much harder. I am not sure what the ball is for, but it is not for deep tissue massage. I can get a *lot* more pressure from a foam roller - this ball was a disappointment.
