(More customer reviews)I used to get a bad headcold which turned into bronchitis once a year. I used Neo Synephrine, then that wasnt strong enough so I used Afrin. These products would open my sinus for 8-12 hours but I found it took a long time to get off of them as the rebound effect caused my sinus to keep swelling. I go with Ocean because it is doctor recommended, and like the other sprays , a light saline spray which keeps your nose membranes moist. When your cold is over it opens up. I also have dry sinus in the winter and I use Ocean for that as well, spraying a few times a day. I go with this brand because it is relatively inexpensive and well spoken of.
