(More customer reviews)I started Taekwondo following the Songahm way. This book, the first in the series, is designed to lay down the foundation. As a white belt, I entered in a world that at times confused me. This book covers all the material necessary I needed to make the most of my time at the school.
It covers all (from how to tie your belt to stances, kicks, etc.).
This book, like all others in the series, will remain on my bookshelf since they will be a constant point of reference as I progress to Black belt.
Not recommended for "Do it yourself" students.
