(More customer reviews)So, i was expecting the 65cm ball to be about chair height. but its definitely not. it looks like a small ball not the medium size ball. its def. too small for me. i can not substitute it for a chair. so that just pretty much defeated the purpose of this ball. i guess i can still use it for exercise.
other then that, the package came ok, but there were spots on it like it had fell in some oil/wet stuff. there was a pump but it was covered in oily liquid which is gross. good thing was that they included 3 plugs for the hole, which is good in case you need more i guess.
i just wish it was bigger. ive had exercise balls in the past before and i always get medium, but this just seems too small to be medium.

They are good quality, stay closed, a good size. I use for pills, or some metamucil/glutamine powder packets I created to take on the go so I can mix at work or while on vacation.
I have also used for crafts to hold small things...beads or whatever.
I would say in regards to powder, I take a rounded spoon of metamucil and a little bit of powder glutamine and it holds that perfect.

(More customer reviews)to say this is the flimsiest item i've ever received is an understatement...i would return it, but it would cost more than the product is worth...maybe i'll use it as a planter, or something else - it won't stay together, and when i did assemble it, the ball would roll like crazy...really surprised amazon would sell something this bad,
but i'm sure they don't have control of manufacturing of their vendors...a waste of time and money.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for several months now, and I don't know how I managed w/o it. It great when you need to take medication before meals (at resturants or friends homes), or inconvenient hours of the day/night. You don't need to worry about bringing your prescription bottle. It's also pretty tiny and inconspicuous. A word to the wise, I would not recommend putting your pill in the case w/o using the plastic insert. Some pills had rubbed off a gray substance from the metal. Since these are made in China, who knows what they might have been (primer, paint, metal dust, lead contaminates, etc). Overall, very useful.

(More customer reviews)This ball is not made of thick rubber like you're used to with the large swedish balls at the gym. It popped on me after about 4 months (I am 6ft 170lbs) while I was using it for sit ups.
If you decide to buy it, don't let them sucker you into buying a pump for it. You can blow the ball up like a balloon and don't need the pump.
