(More customer reviews)Other than the solid support, what I like best about this knee brace is the terry lined ventilation. The neoprene on unlined types tend to allow sweat to build up and give me a rash behind my knee but not this one. The extra padding on the front is another smart addition that protects against bumping knees when playing sports (like basketball). I thought I might need an XL but the large fit me just right. Here are the sizes when measuring around your knee:
Small 13"-14"
Medium 14"-15"
Large 15"-17"
X-Large 17"-18"

LifeCare For Her Contour Knee Support Review

(More customer reviews)I had ordered and returned other knee supports because they roll down from the top. Due to supports on the sides, this one pretty much stays in place, but the supports are not stiff and restrictive. This is the one I did NOT return, and am using. It does give support to my knee as it is designed to.
