Just recently I surfed the web for any medication that might relieve the symptoms of interstitial cystistis (pain, frequent urination, urgency, and pelvic pain which are not caused by an infection). Typing in "interstitial cystitis led me to several sites and one of them highly recommended Prelief to counterbalance acidic foods that make symptoms of interstitial cystitis worse, which is certainly my case.

I like the fact that Prelief is a natural product--it's only ingredients are calcium glycerophospate and magnesium stearate. The only contraindications are that if you are taking prescription drugs to let your doctor know as calcium can make some of them not as effective or if you've been instructed not to take calcium in the first place.
Also the price at Amazon is far better than what I"m paying at my local Walgreens which charges $10.99 for a bottle of 120 tablets. I leave for India in September and will be ordering a large shipment from Amazon to take with me as their prices are nearly a third less than what I"m paying at my local pharmacy.
