(More customer reviews)I used to use the peach/pink colored Midol box. Now most of Midol (and Pamprin) products are pretty much ibuprofen. Their different formulas actually contain almost the same ingredients. I had an old bottle of my midol, so I was able to see the ingredients. I searched and searched, and FINALLY found Premsyn --- it has the same ingredients that worked so well for me for year!!!! Plus, the price is MUCH lower than Midol or Pamprin products. The Premsyn really helps my pms symptoms so much.

(More customer reviews)I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol' Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can't keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.

This wonderful product slowly disappeared from my local stores over the last year, and no other PMS product worked as well as this one. I've used it for years, and in my opinion, there is no substitute for it. Other products work on some PMS symptoms, but not on all of them like this product does.
