Now I sprinkle some of this in my socks and it keeps my feet dry, fresh-smelling, and fungus free. I even tested it while conducting some particularly grueling training where I was on my feet in boots for 20 hours a day, and it held up. I highly recommend this product

(More customer reviews)I have athlete's foot for years. For fear of possible liver damage, I did not want to take oral antifungal agents. Recently I tried Lamisil (for external use only). After 2 weeks, Lamisil was effective between the toes. It was partially effective on the bottom or sides of the foot. It is important to note that a 1-oz tube lasted for not more than 2 weeks with conservative use. I am trying another 1-oz tube to see if it is more effective on the bottom or sides of the foot.
