I eat alot of yogurt for the probiotics and this was an awesome way to get more probiotics into my diet with zero sugar and very little calories. Now I drink it everyday instead of a diet drink. This drink mix is also endorsed by Dr. Michael Murray who has the natural factors line of vitamins and I really trust his products.
