(More customer reviews)I'm also 36D and DD due to nursing and it was scratchy when I put it in my Medela sleep bra (it's stretchy cotton) but it's sometimes worth it when I won't let down. I exclusively pump and also it says you can only put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and sometimes not all the gel gets warm the first time around. Overall it's a good product to assist with let down.
