Since then I have taken up hiking, and never leave home without some Spenco blister pads in my pack. They work wonders on sore feet--even the worst blisters. The gel pad cushions raw skin and provides a protective cover that allows blisters to heal without infection. The Spenco blister kit is the best product I have ever used on my blisters, and I recommend it for everyone!
