(More customer reviews)Based solely on personal experience, this product has absolutely an effective active ingredient in instantly relieving tooth and gum pain, AND is just as effective in relieving canker sores, denture or brace pain, too. Excellent "non-prescribed" oral pain reliever, HOWEVER; its availability is very limited. NOT available at Wal-Mart, CVS, or Walgreen's!! Thank goodness for AMAZON.COM once again to have a hard-to-find item, AND at a reasonable price.
