(More customer reviews)I have tried several patches, including a top brand that came directly from Japan. These always turn a sticky black when I use them and I seem to sleep better the nights I use them, so that leads me to believe something good is happening! I don't like to use them two nights in a row because I am very sensitive and sort of "feel" it in my system. I like to use them at the end of the weekend because the weekend is when I indulge in foods that are not so healthy for me like cake, cookies and dairy products.
