It works great, especially for getting you through the night with a stuffy nose. I used it on my 5-year-old granddaughter when she couldn't breathe due to a stuffy nose, and she was then able to sleep peacefully. Her mom now carries it in her purse all the time. It's great for kids. It may "burn" a bit when you first use it, but if you apply more right away it takes that feeling away, and after a few times, it doesn't do that anymore. Also, it's not petroleum based, so you can actually use it inside your nostrils, too.
