The necklace is slender and held together by a 5 mm closed ring. The ring is not designed to be opened and the necklace is intented to be pulled over ones head.
The pill fob is engraved with a medical symbol and the words "Nitroglycerine". "Change pills every 2-3 weeks". "Made in Taiwan".
In summary, this item is good quality and a good purchase for the money.
