I've tried numerous other products over the years and nothing seems as comforting as this remedy. To make this even tastier (although I think they improved the flavor recently) brew yourself a cup of Tazo Calm Tea, 24 Tea Bags or anything with chamomile in it like Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra Tea, Tea Bags, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6). Add in a packet of the Theraflu and maybe some honey or a packet of stevia.
This product works for:
Minor aches and pains (for sore throat you might also need Advil)
Headache
Runny Nose
Itchy Nose and Throat
Cough
Minor sore throat (won't help major sore throat)
Nasal and Sinus Congestion
Sneezing (seriously helps sneezing from my experience)
Itchy, watery eyes due to hay fever
You can't take more than six packets in 24 hours but you probably won't need that many. This seems to be effective for four hours. When I get a cold or flu I don't like to be without Theraflu. It really works well.
While this takes away the symptoms of a cold you may also want to try Source Naturals Wellness Colloidal Silver, 30 PPM , 8 fl oz (236.56 ml). You can take up to two teaspoons a day for 10 days but you probably won't need that much. It works like a natural antibiotic without side effects. You may also want to take two capsules of Nature Made Vitamin C Liquid Softgel, 500mg 180sg about four times a day. I also took Robitussin Chest Congestion Expectorant Guaifenesin Syrup, USP - 4 Oz twice a day for three days.
