Eventually, I found that the book along with hypnosis cds and these tablets did the trick. While I'm pretty sensitive, I still found it truly remarkable that these little pills could work so well and so fast. In fact, when my boyfriend started smoking again recently, I started using them again to relieve stress. They look like aspirin but have a gentle sweet taste and dissolve in the mouth in about 30 seconds. I highly recommend this product.
