(More customer reviews)I work nights and have trouble sleeping during the day. I have been using this with very good results. Taken about 30-60 mins before bedtime, it gives you a sleepy relaxed feeling. When I do wake up in the middle of my sleep (mostly because of dogs barking), I feel drowsy and fall back to sleep quickly. Will continue to buy this product.
