In Section A we investigated the motives and insidious methods employed in the manipulation of our species' consciousness through mind control. The largely unrecognized perils and potentials we face were appraised and our influence on the coalescing future we are moving into was considered. Emphasis was placed on the necessity of pursuing spiritual enlightenment, unencumbered by either common delusions, or religious dogma. In Section B, the African continent is examined as an example of the inevitable consequences arising from ignoring this malevolent manipulation.
