This gem was definately an expression of soul from Laura's heart. She wants us all to reach our dreams. I carry this book with me every day to assist me in breaking free from old patterns of going in circles. Her book inspires and allows me to move forward toward my dreams. The helpful, practical, specific exercies and guidance are there for me every time I need them. The concepts are put forth clearly and reviewed for excellent aborbtion by the reader.
