(More customer reviews)Our pediatrician recommended we supplement our son's (and now our daughter's) formula with a multivitamin. She suggested Poly-Vi-Sol, so we purchased it and have been giving them a dose of the multivitamin. As you can tell by reading other reviews here, yes, this multi-vitamin smells bad -- really bad. I haven't tried tasting it, but I'm sure it tastes even worse. Although, I'm guessing that if I ground up an adult multivitamin and mixed it with a bit of water, it would taste just as bad.
Our son didn't mind the taste so much, but our daughter definitely does. Infants can be easy and picky like that. An easy solution we found for out daughter was to add .5 ml to each of her first 2 feedings every day. There's no gag-reflex and our daughter now keeps down the multivitamin she needs to grow healthy. I'm sure as she gets older, we'll just mix the vitamin into her food puree.
One warning -- this stains fabric really easily so be careful when/where you try to feed it to your baby.

This lubricant stinks! I mean it literally smells bad. It stays on your hands and skin for almost an entire day, even with several washes!
It evaporated so quickly it had to be constantly reapplied.
Don't buy this crappy product, find something else.
I thought cool.... paraben free, glycerin free! But the ingredient list is full of other nasty chemicals I even watch out for in foods. Not to mention chemicals which have surprisingly volatile characteristics, meaning they evaporate way too quickly for use in a lubricant of all things!
Totally ridiculous!

Further more, Bayer does NOT make this product anymore. In 2007 the aspirin manufacturer's agreed to discontinue Childrens Aspirin due to Reye's Syndrome! They will send you Bayer 81mg 'baby' aspirin - which will soon go the way of children's aspirin! Why?
This aspirin product is NOT for children under the age of 19!!
This product is NOT used for children's headaches!! This product is NOT used for fever, teething, or any other symptoms in children without a Doctor's supervision!!

How are you supposed to apply it with out being able to keep the product on? The other major complaint is that it smells strong. I tried it anyway with no results other than a slight burning. It wears off shortly, but the discomfort and smell of the gel totally turned me off.

When the skin on my fingers splits from dryness, or when I have a small cut, I use a little at bedtime and 95% of the time, by morning, the nuisance is gone! The other 5% of the time it is gone by the next day. It is also very good for dry skin or when working in the yard and your fingers get tore up. I even use it after laying cement to soothe the skin. There is nothing like it in the stores - I have tried!

(More customer reviews)I ordered two, I got four organizers. If the description says it's a two-pack I've missed it, but hey, this is a good thing!
This is better quality than the organizer I bought at the local pharmacy. It's not oversized, but it holds a lot of large pills. The locks are good for when I travel, so it doesn't come open in my suitcase. They're not too difficult to open--gently push on the rounded front of the day's compartment and the lid pops open.
My organizers are blue, and while they don't look too dark, it's a little difficult to see into a closed compartment. I didn't think that was a problem until I picked up an empty organizer and it rattled. I'd missed a pill one day and didn't see it in the case. If you're better than me at paying attention to what you're doing, it shouldn't be a problem.
10/10/10 update: I spilled a little water on this organizer (yeah, I'm clumsy sometimes,) and it did not keep the water out of the compartments. I've been taking nasty melted pills since then. I'm not complaining--the description says nothing about protection from moisture--but if you're clumsy too you might want to store these out of the way.

Hylands Motion Sickness Review

(More customer reviews)I just came back from a scuba diving trip in Southeast Asia. I normally take Dramamine before the boat ride out to the dive site. This time, I decided to try the Hylands. I was a bit apprehensive, but I decided to take the chance. I didn't like the side effects of Dramamine, because even their "less drowsy" version did not keep me from dozing off.
I took 3 of the Hyland tablets 30 minutes before the boat ride.
The trip out to the dive site was great. I did not feel nauseated or dizzy at all. When the boat reached the site and dropped anchor, it started to rock. I did feel a bit dizzy, but that feeling passed when I got into the water. I felt fine during the "underwater excursion". It was when I broke the surface of the water I then felt a bit dizzy. I floated on my back and the dizziness went away. When I floated upright the dizziness slowly came back. Climbing into the boat and getting the gear stowed was not a problem. Even the trip back was fine.
All in all, I feel the product worked as advertised. For the price, it is worth trying out especially for its homeopathic properties.
