(More customer reviews)Haven't seen this one yet as it is a gift have have others in the series. These are really interesting videos. These are standard computer CD's. Each one has a menu of various locations or scenes. When you select a scene the computer displays a picture of the site from an artificially wide angle. This warps the view slightly but you get used to it. The picture will then pan around 360 degrees. You can also manually change the view. The image is essentially 360 degrees laterally and vertically so you can point image anywhere you want in any direction. No part of the camera or any equipment appear in any picture. Its as if you were standing at the location and could look up or down or around as you please. The photography is excellent. If they make enough of these you wonder if you'll ever have to actually go and see for yourself.
