I noticed that the chapters dealing with women and minorities were omitted since the last edition. Given that corporate america has not yet realised its goal of diversity in its executive ranks, we should be mindful of the special considerations confronting such groups. Moreover, business education benefits when diversity goals are given thoughtful consideration.
