(More customer reviews)I have had a seriously deviated septum and cannot breath out of one nostril since I was a small child. I did not want the surgery as I know many people who had it and said it was a lot of pain for not much improvement. A doctor suggested the Breathe Rite strips to stop my mouth breathing at night and resulting snoring. I cannot believe how well these work. They pick up the nostrils and I can breath out of both of them for the first time in my life. I would like to wear them all day if I could.

(More customer reviews)Here was the problem. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because my nasal passages would collapse when my head was turned sideways. Not a good thing if you want a good night's rest.
I tried the tan version first. Horrible. I had a red welt across the bridge of my nose in two days where the adhesive ripped my skin off, even after trying to loosen them up in the shower.
I went to the clear strips which have lower adhesive properties. Perfect, I now sleep through the night, and I can remove them in the morning without removing flesh.

(More customer reviews)I've used the Breathe Right Nasal Strips since they were introduced and have been pleasantly surprised that they live up to the manufacturers claims. I've noticed more energy when used during daytime activities where extra exertion had left me a bit fatigued and short of breath. I've also been told by my wife that the Breathe Right Nasal Strips have lessened and almost completely done away with my snoring. I feel more rested.
Do make sure to follow application directions - clean the oily surface of your nose so that the product stays on. Even after
overnight use, the Breathe Right Nasal Strips are easily removed. I'm happy with this product and so is my wife.

Breathe Right Advanced Nasal Strips, 26-Count Review

(More customer reviews)I've used the standard clear strips for 6 months now - I have constant sinus congestion and generally can't inhale easily. The strips really helped me sleep, but there was still breathing resistance. So when I picked up a pack of clear strips and got six Advanced strips for free, I wanted to see if they'd be any better. Since "Advanced" products usually use the placebo effect (marketing + double the price with no actual improvement), I decided to use some science.
I used the Decibel app on my iPhone to measure the loudness of three deep inhalations, each with my nose at the tip of the phone, then averaged their peak loudnesses. I repeated this with a regular clear strip, and an Advanced strip. Here were the results:
Control (no strip): 75dB avg
Normal clear strip: 64dB avg
Advanced strip: 56dB avg
So there you have it - the advanced strip led to significantly quieter breathing, and in my case, that breathing felt easier. Whether it's right for you depends. I'm waiting for Costco to start carrying them, then I'm making the switch.

(More customer reviews)I've been a regular user of Breathe Right strips for years. When I tried these, I was impressed. There was a noticeable difference between these and the other strips I'd been using (small tan). I don't intend to go back to regular Breathe Right strips. However, I use them primarily for sleep. They're rather wide, so if you use them in public (for workouts, etc.), you may find them to be too unsightly. Also, they say they're one size fits all. I had no problem with the size (obviously), but I can't speak for how they'll fit others (they are a little longer than Breathe Rights smalls). I definitely recommend trying them.
