(More customer reviews)When i was a kid, i would cry myself to sleep because Advil, Aspirin, Tylenol, etc would not work. I would even sometimes throw up from the pain. I found out that my headaches came from certain foods (usually of the processed meat variety: hot dogs, lunch meat, etc) and caffeine withdrawal. I loved Mtn Dew, but if i didn't have it for a day or two i would get these crazy headaches. Now its like when Excedrin touches my lips, i can already feel my headache going away. THATS HOW GOOD IT WORKS!!! It works so good that it has trained my brain in an almost Pavlovian manner to make the headache go away before my body even digests it. OH and do not take it if you have been drinking as a hangover preventer... you are just asking for blood in your stool. Doing so can really mess up your liver just as taking Tylenol because of the acetaminophen in it. Otherwise this is seriously the best medicine PERIOD... because it works!

Vivarin 200 mg Tablets, 40-Count Review

(More customer reviews)I've been taking a Vivarin almost every day since sometime back in 1976. I may have missed 20 or 30 days in there somewhere. I don't drink coffee. I like the smell of coffee, I just can't drink hot stuff. My usual MO is to take one caplet or tablet when I get up in the morning, go back to bed for 15 minutes or so until it kicks in, and then up and off I go! Occasionally I'll cut one in half in the evening if I'm going to be out late.
Works for me...

(More customer reviews)I was skeptical to buy this version of Vivarin after reading the first review posted by a user who has been taking Vivarin for 20 years. I decided to take the plunge because of the excellent price, the convenience of having it shipped to my home and the fact that I have used Vivarin in the past and it has worked for me quite well. I have not taken caffeine pills for very long, so perhaps this is why my body is not as sensitive as to the difference between tablets or caplets like the other customer. That said, I found these to be just as effective as tablets and found little to no difference between Vivarin tablets or caplets.
