Freezone Corn and Callus Remover Maximum Strength 0.31 oz. Review

Freezone Corn and Callus Remover Maximum Strength 0.31 oz.
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Freezone removes corns and calluses. Corns and calluses are basically the same thing (thickening of the skin) just occurring in different places on the foot. If it occurs on the top of toes, a "corn". If it occurs on the bottom of your feet is a "callus". I have used Freezon a couple of times through the years, and recently had to use again to remove a callus on the bottom of my foot.
I applied Freezone for 6 days (per instructions). My callus was a bit larger than the size of a quarter. At the end of 6 days the callus was still there but its surface was "damaged" by freezone. The instructions said to soak the foot in hot water and see the callus peel away. I soaked, but the callus remained. I decided that because the callus was fairly large the new skin did not have time to form under the treated area. A week later I saw parts of the treated skin beginning to peel off. I removed it using a cheese grater-like implement (metal file callus reducer Dr. Scholl's Callus Reducer 1 ea) after soaking the foot in hot water. You have to be careful removing only the dead skin.
Once the first layer was peeled off, I still had a smaller callus remaining and had to repeat the treatment.
This is not a quick fix but it works. The treatment is a little painful (when you step on the callus being treated), but not too bad.
Update a week after the end of the second treatment:
Before the two treatments, I was reminded of the callus on every step as I felt a bit of pain. Now it has been a week since the end of the second treatment and I can report feeling no pain at all when I walk. The bottom of the foot feels soft and smooth. I am very pleased. The total time for both treatments took 20 days (6 days of treatment, 7 days of wait for the peeling, 6 days for the second treatment of the left over callus, 1 days for the wait for peeling).

Flexitol Heel Balm Review

Flexitol Heel Balm
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I went to the podiatrist.. She gave me some cream in a giant tube that cost $90. It was similar to smearing axle grease on your feet..
This product works just as well if not better, and much easier to apply and it's not as greasy. I think I picked the value size up for $9.95.
Here's a hint for all you folks that may not know.. If you do this you will increase the effectiveness of this stuff 100% if you have a really bad dry foot problem.
Apply a liberal amount of this to your heels or feet before you go to bed, loosely wrap saran or other plastic wrap around your feet, then cover with socks. Sleep this way. The remove the wrap in the morning, then dry your new feet. The key to healing your skin is moisture. The wrap holds the moisture in.
In addition if you have a real problem that this wont fix, you may have a fungal infection. Apply a small amount of Lamisil cream or other athletes foot cream under the Flexitol.
Try one of these as well to buff off dry skin after you bathe or shower (it can also be used dry).
Easy Grip Professional Foot Smoother - Lifetime Warranty + Free Shipping
Then apply the flexitol.
Using these tips will solve practically any dry, or built up callus problem you have. And will leave you with feet you'll want to show off to everyone in the spring. Well almost. LOL

Profoot Care Callus Blaster, Gel Callus Remover 4.2 fl oz (120 ml) Review

Profoot Care Callus Blaster, Gel Callus Remover 4.2 fl oz (120 ml)

Fantastic results!!! I've had a callus on my foot for two years, and had tried everything -- soaking, a pumice stone, you name it. When I read a review of Callus Blaster, I thought it sounded too good to be true, but it really does work. Directions say no more than twice/week, for no longer than 3 minutes. I followed directions exactly, with great results. It took about 8 weeks at 2x/week, but with absolutely no adverse side effects. The callus is just GONE. Would HIGHLY recommend this product --very safe, gentle, but effective.

This is a great old product and I'm glad it's still available, same formula.
My mother used to say "if your feet hurt, everything hurts"
To me it's uplifting to have a nice foot soak, and it makes the skin so soft.
I highly recommend this , especially if you're on your feet a lot or in heels .

Dr. Scholl's Liquid Corn & Callus Remover .33 fl oz (9.8 ml) Review

Dr. Scholl's Liquid Corn and Callus Remover .33 fl oz (9.8 ml)
Average Reviews:

I've had a callus for over a year and haven't bothered to remove it. It was pretty big - almost an inch in diameter. After 2 days of use, I noticed that parts of the callus could simply be painlessly pulled off. After a week and a half, most of the callus was already gone. I highly recommend this item, and 9.8 mL is plenty to remove 2-3 calluses.

Profoot Care Heel Rescue Superior Moisturizing Foot Cream 16 oz Review

Profoot Care Heel Rescue Superior Moisturizing Foot Cream 16 oz
Average Reviews:

I have been using this foot cream for years (mostly mornings but also at night in the drier months). It works well so long as you continue using it daily. Like an earlier reviewer mentioned, it work better if you wear a pair of light socks at night. I like the pump action for cleaner distribution. I buy it in the 3-pack; it does not dry out.

Miracle of Aloe Miracle Foot Repair Cream Review

Miracle of Aloe Miracle Foot Repair Cream
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The Miracle of Aloe Foot Repair Cream is a good product that moisturizes tough cracked feet. The peppermint smells nice and it absorbs well. Eucerine and Neutrogena Norweigean cracked heel formulas are similar and make feet feel smoother and absorbs better, respectively.
Beware the sellers however. Prices for the Miracle of Aloe product from different sellers can be misleading. $7-$9 for an 8 ounce tube. Some companies also sell the 4 ounce tube for the same $7-$9. The sellers trying to trick are not showing the size (4 oz.) in the header, but down in the body of the literature.

I was pretty grossed out to find an ugly corn on my toe, besides the unattractiveness of it, it was quite painful. After trying a few other so-called 'remedies', I went online & read reviews about this product & decided to give it a try. It worked in about 2-3 wks.!.......it's almost gone now & I'm happy--would recommend this product.......
