My baby has sort of sensitive skin and the aveno and other store brands were taking quite some time to completely heal some simple diaper rashes. I strongly advice this weleda along with Burt's bee diaper cream. I'd reccommend either one, the weleda being a little more thin and Burt's bee a bit thicker. Attantion moms: All store brands are petroleum jelly based, which is not absorved by the skin as opposed to the bees wax and almond oil found on weleda and burts bees.
