The Aspen Institute Guide to Socially Responsible MBA Review

The Aspen Institute Guide to Socially Responsible MBA

As an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise at the undergraduate level at The New School, I'm delighted that there are so many schools offering socially responsible MBA programs and that there is a one stop resource for students to compare these schools. I may sound Pollyannaish, but I believe that entrepreneurship can have a major impact on addressing many of the world's social (such as hunger, poverty and education) and environmental problems. The guide is well organized and provides useful information in identifying schools that meet students' requirements.

The Aspen Institute, a premier non-profit, research organization for corporate social responsibility, offers the first comprehensive guide to the world's leading global MBA programs in CSR--an indispensable guide for prospective students, universities, hiring companies, and libraries.
This guide provides an overview of how global MBA programs bring social impact management into their curricular and extracurricular programs. Social impact management, which includes environmental, ethical, and corporate governance issues, is the field of inquiry at the intersection of business needs and wider societal concerns that reflects their complex interdependency. Without an understanding of this interdependency, neither business nor the society in which it operates can thrive.

Foot Care Kit with Foot Cr?me Pumice Stone and Socks Review

Foot Care Kit with Foot Crme Pumice Stone and Socks
Average Reviews:

This product has been my salvation because I love to go around barefoot most of the time and after living in Africa, bare feet feel natural and healthy.
The problem with running about barefoot or wearing open shoes is that your heels start to dry out. The pumice stone is perfect for use in the shower. The cream (more like a gel/oil) can be applied at night before you go to bed.
I'd wear the included socks if you are not going right to bed because if you walk on a linoleum or wood floor you could slip. By the next day your feet should have absorbed this healing cream. Not for use just before you put on shoes unless you
are wearing socks.
An amazingly rich product that is perfect for your feet or other dry skin conditions like dry patches on your hands and elbows.

Burt's Bees Doctor Burt's Res-Q Ointment .6 oz (17 g) Review

Burt's Bees Doctor Burt's Res-Q Ointment .6 oz (17 g)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I got a nasty cut on my arm one week prior to knee surgery, and I was worried about the risk of infection. I remembered the Burt's Bee's Res-Q ointment I'd purchased recently, and began applying it several times a day to the cut and applying a Band-Aid. Five or six days later when it came time for my surgery, the cut was fully closed and healing well. I'm not sure the cut healed any faster than if I'd put a topical neosporin/bacitracin ointment on it, but it was reasaurring to know the Burt's Bees ointment was more natural and probably more gentle. My only complaint (and thus the 4 star rating) is the ointment tends to leave a green residue on clothing, so I find I have to wear a Band-Aid if I use it in a location (such as upper arm or knee) that will have clothing brushing up against it.
