UPDATE: i had amazon correct the picture, and the seller was quick to respond with a refund of shipping and product...class acts on both parts - i have donated the item to a local family in need

It even comes with 2 covers in case you have to go out and take some meds with you, you can just take an individual cup. There are day stickers (Sun.....Sat.) then there are some blanks if you want to name them for something else. I just find that it's a neat product and helps keep my meds organized.
