(More customer reviews)I attended this training session in person, and purchased the CD's from Amazon to share with team mates who were not able to go. While I believe the CD's are a good reinforcement and reminder for me.... alone, they lack meaning in many areas and would be weak training at best. This is mostly a recording of a live training session, without the benefit of the workbooks or group interaction.
