(More customer reviews)Now, I can't say for certain, but I think this product saved my daughter from a cold. She was definitely getting one, and I followed the directions, giving her Sniffles and Sneezes every 15 minutes for hours. The next day, the cold had completely disappeared.
I got it instead, and it lasted for 10 days (how fair is that??). But my 2-year-old was totally fine. Now whenever she sneezes, she tells me, "I need Sniffles and Sneezes." I feel good about this product, it's inexpensive, my daughter actually likes taking it (I think it's pretty flavorless), and it just might help. For me, definitely falls into the "couldn't hurt, might help, so why not do it?" category.
