(More customer reviews)I bought 2 of these before and just love them, they do not come open in your purse or pocket, just the right size for most medications, unless you take a lot of vitamin/pills you may need a couple to carry. We like them better than our pills holders that just snap open and can loose pills in your pocket or purse. These pinch together at the top and stay closed.
