(More customer reviews)This spray is fantastic. I have suffered with allergy and sinus problems all my life. It is so bad that I even had the sinus surgery to clear out my sinuses. I have used the regular Simply Saline and it can help with moisturizing your sinuses during dry periods. I saw this menthol Simply Saline offered on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try. I didn't see it in any stores. OMG, I used it at a time when I couldn't breath through my nose due to a lot of congestion and within moments I was totally opened up. I have never had anything do that for me before and it was fantastic. The openness doesn't last a long time, but you give yourself another spray and you can breath again. I was so impressed with this product that I bought 4 bottles to give family members who have the same trouble with their sinuses. I also wanted to have a spare just in case it disappears from the market. I've learned over the years that everytime I find something that works it then is discontinued. I'll probably be purchasing more in the near future and start hoarding them.
