(More customer reviews)I've been taking a Vivarin almost every day since sometime back in 1976. I may have missed 20 or 30 days in there somewhere. I don't drink coffee. I like the smell of coffee, I just can't drink hot stuff. My usual MO is to take one caplet or tablet when I get up in the morning, go back to bed for 15 minutes or so until it kicks in, and then up and off I go! Occasionally I'll cut one in half in the evening if I'm going to be out late.
Works for me...
