My husband's friend gave him a sample pack of Rapid Nutrition Sleep PM after he complained of having difficulty getting to sleep. The friend said they worked for him & there was no lethargy the next morning. Husband used them several times with success. I am skeptical of such products, but experienced similar trouble recently & used the product, expecting little. Was pleasantly surprised - fell asleep within an hour, slept the night through with no tiredness the next morning. Ordered a couple of bottles to get free shipping & have used them as needed with continued success. If one suffers from constant insomnia I'm not sure this is the solution, but for occasional sleep problems, definitely worth trying.
