(More customer reviews)I tried this with a pair of new shoes that were causing blisters on the backs of my heels, and sure enough it prevented more blisters! I even tried it once on the side of my foot where I'd been having pain and it helped there too. I will note that after reading another review of this product the shoes I'd been having issues with were flats and not heels. If you're having issues with a shoe rubbing against your heel, this stuff will probably help. But I guess the best advice is if a shoe doesn't fit, don't wear it!
