(More customer reviews)This stuff is great. I've been using it for years. When my shoulder first started acting up it would take 2 or 3 weeks for it to heal up so I could use it with no pain. But once I started using "Jow" my shoulder would feel fine within a span of 2 to 4 days. Just apply it 2 to 4 times a day and rub it into the skin each time.
