(More customer reviews)My wife and I bought these to help her sleep through my snoring. The level of sound blocking for these plugs is only 20db (30 is about the max for good ear plugs), which wasn't enough to help my wife sleep. I haven't tried these in water, but for sound blocking there are much better ear plugs for cheaper.
