(More customer reviews)This works, but the flavor is definitely missing. It tastes very "mediciny" as in comparison to the store brands of acetaminaphin. Also, be careful of the dosage. The dosage is different than the average bottle of infant acetaminaphin. We have been fighting a fever in my daughter and I brought the bottle with me to the Dr's office b/c she was due for a dosage and she had me change the dosage b/c Little Fever's is 1ml per 80mg vs the average infant acetaminophen is 0.8ml per 80mg.
