(More customer reviews)When this arrived at my door I knew immediately what was in the package as the menthol odor was so strong. (However, it is interesting to note that the smell dissapates a bit upon use and eventually thins to an almost baby-powderish minty odor that may be the biggest improvement this formula offers over its competitors.) I was initially excited to see what Tylenol would offer the world in the form of a pain relieving cream and was a bit disappointed to find that it's basically just Bengay without the camphor.
Tylenol Precise relieves minor aches and pains but for those with more serious pain issues such as back or joint injuries or even arthritis, this cream isn't likely to do much for you. In fact, it's really little different from the other major brands on the market. Some will prefer this cream over the others based on its consistency and odor, but in terms of effectiveness, Tylenol isn't offering anything new with this "Precise" formula. A 3 star evaluation is "OK" and it is the same evaluation I would give to Bengay and Icy Hot in terms of effectiveness.Because I feel it's extremely important to know what's in products intended for self-medication, I have provided the following information:

(More customer reviews)From someone who has actually tried out this product, it works great. It really does last at least 12 hours, is warm enough, and it is nice and thin. For anyone who doesn't want to wear it over their clothing it can be worn stuck onto the inside of your clothes, but it is most comfortable if you wear a tighter layer of clothing and attach it to to that then put another layer over it.

(More customer reviews)I bought this headache nasal spray at Wild Oats market. It gives me almost immediate headache relief. I suffer from chronic sinus and migraine headaches. My nasal passages are usually dry but I still can't breathe. This spray works better than any of the many oral medications I've tried for headache pain. It causes my nose to run, my eyes to water, eliminates the pain in my left eye, and allows me to breathe again. I use it at the onset of a headache (many of which previously led to migraines) and for me the migraines have been thereby prevented.
(Note: I am still careful to eat frequent healthy light meals to prevent low blood sugar; eat only natural foods containing no MSG or artificial additives; and avoid salty foods and chocolate which also cause migraines for me. Sleep and exercise are important stress relievers which also help prevent migraines for me.)
