(More customer reviews)I have been taking this product for about 5 years now. It keeps your colon clean, eliminates toxins and debris from the body, and makes you feel light and energetic naturally. I only take one every night with a large glass of water however if I overate that day or had a more carbs/junk food than usual I take 2 or 3, but on a regular basis all you need is 1 capsule if you eat a lot of salads, veggies, fruits, etc. I recommended this product to my friends and they swear by it as well. (More customer reviews)I hate to throw cold water on something that might bring relief to pain sufferers. I am definitely among you with Lyme, EBV and other immune system disorders plus chronic bone infection. I've about been cured of the immune problems with antibiotics for the Lyme and Immune Care 64 (Google it) for the EBV (herpes six mostly) but the bone infection may still kill me. I looked into EVERYTHING to draw out toxicity and reduce the constant body pain. I tried six different brands of these footpads for three months.
I'm an engineer so I tend to be analytical in all I do. I contacted every company who makes or resells them asking for just one study by a recognized lab showing that the "brown yucky gunk" I saw each morning was actually from the body. I gave up. All I received were "glowing testimonials". You can get that with sugar pills from people who are desperate for relief. I finally did my own test. I researched body sweat.I made imitation body sweat with the right salts and other minerals of the body then heated it to body temperature. Dipping these pads into the imitation body sweat generated the same brown gunk.
How do they heat the foot to cause it to sweat? There are three rocks found in nature that emit heat naturally. One is radium. Much exposure to that can kill you. But there is another rock that emits heat and is harmless. Mixed with the bark of the Japanese tree used to make these pads, the rocks heat the soles of your feet as you sleep. The resulting sweat soaks into the pads and causes the bark to turn to brown gooey gunk. If it is really toxins from the body, would someone please tell me of an independent and scientifically recognized laboratory who has tested the results for body toxicity. Please, no testimonials. Every company in this business has plenty of those. But actual lab results? I have found none and I REALLY looked. And I REALLY wanted these to work to remove the toxicity that was causing me so much pain, but that was finally alleviated by a doctor diagnosing me with Wilson's Syndrome. I was put on armour thyroid. My metabolism began to work again and detox my body naturally. These pads are like many things. If they truly make you feel better then, by all means, use them. But I know of no scientific evidence that proves they draw out toxicity and I have simulated the process that generates the brown gunk you think is toxicity from your body. Take one pad and put a corner of it into salt water heated to body temperature. You'll have the brown gunk within minutes.

I have a 16 year old son that recently been acting a little suspicious. I really did not like the people he was hanging around from his team. When I was looking for ways to be proactive and make sure that he does not start using drugs (since had been a problem in the family before) I wanted to start testing him after I read a "Parents Guide to Drug Testing" whitepaper I downloaded from an online source.
Just putting the product on the kitchen table and having a long talk with him helped a lot. We discussed things that we would have otherwise. HairConfirm was more than a drug testing product but a way to open communication with him on drug abuse subject. He was first defensive and did not want to be tested, but after the talk he was ok with being tested every three months. I took the steroid testing in athletics approach. Results (very fortunately) have been negative so far but now at least my mind is at comfort. I have used the HairConfirm twice so far. Each time everything was smooth. Quick results (literally under 4 days with this standard version) available online. One time I had questions about the process and reading results. A gentleman named Paul answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company.
I recommend this product to all parents that want to be proactive.

Garden of Life Super Seed Review

(More customer reviews)This is one of the best fiber supplements on the market. Not only does it include both soluble and insoluble fiber, it also includes beneficial probiotic bacteria and on top of that tastes great. Each scoop of Super Seed contains 7g of fiber from whole foods like flax seed, chia seed and legumes. On top of that, since it's a whole food fiber, it also adds nutrition to whatever you mix it with in the form of protein, vitamins, minerals and beneficial fats from the flax seeds(omega 3).
The best part about this is that it doesn't contain Psyllium which is the 'in' fiber these days but a lot of people find that it's too harsh on the stomach and can cause constipation easily if not taken with a lot of fluids. Super Seed is much gentler than your average fiber supplement and tastes great with anything. My favorite way to use it is to add half a scoop to Lifeway's plain kefir. It tastes great and is very healthy for me too. As with any fiber supplement, make sure to drink 6-10 glasses of water a day.

(More customer reviews)I carefully read every review before buying these. I saw so many good reviews that I figured I would try them. I was worried when one of the reviewers said something about the patches being really smelly. Well, I am very sensitive to smells. I get headaches from passing people in the hallway who wear cologne. All of the products I own are fragrance-free. I clean my house with baking soda and vinegar because I can't handle the smell of "cleaners". I'm bad. So, I took the plunge anyways. First of all, when you smell the patches out of bag, it smells like a really faint pipe tobacco or something out of a wood shed. It wasn't bad, so I stuck 'em to me feet overnight. The next morning, I didn't 'spring' out bed and feel like I was 10 years younger or anything so don't think these are miracle patches. I went into the bathroom and peeled them off my feet. At this point, they smelled like 'wet' wood shed. A little stronger but not bad. Let me tell you how black they were. My husband's were even blacker. And there was this sticky molasses-colored residue on my feet. I took a shower, washed my feet with soap and water, and by the time I got out, my feet felt so much cleaner than ever before. I was shocked. It's like overnight those patches deep cleaned my pores. If you've ever had a foot bath in peppermint, it's like that. My feet smelled good, no wood smell or anything. My husband reported a slight tingling in his calf muscles. I guess they improve circulation. A couple of things to remember when trying new products is keeping an opened mind, but not too open, and follow the instructions carefully. I also had a headache one night and tried a patch on the back of my neck (tension headache). I'm sorry to report that did not work as claimed. I still had a headache in the morning and used my Head-On to get rid of it instead. I do like the patches and recommend them for anyone seeking better circulation and really clean feeling feet.
