(More customer reviews)This Blue Chill product really works. I fell a few weeks ago while raking leaves and my neighbor gave me this product. It worked so fast and with such ease it was a pleasure. Especially since I had to pick up my granddaughter from the bus that afternoon. which is why I didn't want to take any Rx pain medicine, but the pain was really bad. This Blue Chill did the trick and with No side effects. Blue Chill is now my 1st choice for my next fall. I wanted to order more do asked my neighbor where she had gotten it. She thought her pharmacist at CVS had recommended it but I couldn't find it at our local store. I went on the internet and to my surprise, though I should have known that Amazon would carry it!

(More customer reviews)I get frequent migraines and this stuff helps so much. I still take a pain reliever but then I apply the head on all over my neck, and forehead, even my temple areas. Anywhere the pain is. It takes a couple of minutes but then you start to feel the cooling sensation. It is almost like you are given a different sensation to focus on other than your pain. It really does help me a lot. I keep a tube in my bedroom, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in my purse... I am sure to have some on hand all of the time. It is great! The migraine is better than the regular because it is stronger. The regular doesn't do much for me.

(More customer reviews)Worked well for my 15 month old who fell off a kitchen chair & got a goose egg on her forehead. Urgent care told us to ice if she would tolerate, but she would NOT put up with an ice pack on it for more than a couple of seconds. Spotted these at the drug store, and it stayed adhered to her forehead all night the first night. (We were checking on her every hour or so.) Not quite as cold, but we figured it was better than nothing, and when we took it off in the a.m., it was still very cool. The doctor said she would probably get 2 black eyes and a swollen nose, especially if we weren't able to ice it, but the bruising never spread downward. I was worried she would get a rash from the adhesive because she has very sensitive skin, but no problems there. Only downside I found was, when she was awake, she wanted to pull it off, and they start to lose adhesion if they get pulled off just once. Also, they don't stick well to a sweaty forehead. Wash & dry well before applying. Recommend to have on hand for first aid if your child won't sit still with an ice pack, and plan to try for fever in the future as well. Tried cutting them in half to save a little & just cover the bump. Cutting in pieces works okay, but it didn't have enough surface area to stick well. Might try for other bumps/bruises with an Ace bandage or medical tape to keep it on.

(More customer reviews)I've had daily headaches and the occasional migraine for most of my adult life. I was very interested when I saw this product as it seemed a bit more mild than my normal medicine. The results have been mixed. I find that if I have a full blown headache these pills don't touch it. If however I take these just as a headache starts they do seem to dull it for a little while. I haven't seen that it prevents my headaches completely. I probably wouldn't buy these again as they only delay the inevitable taking of my normal medicines. If you suffer from mild headaches these may work for you.

The only con is it sticks to my hair a little, but I never have a problem with gunk getting stuck in it. I wish they were a little larger sometimes, but then the hair problem would be worse, so I suppose they are just right.

I hate taking medication and I typically wait until my headache has become quite painful before I reach in the medicine cabinet. With that said, tylenol, motrin, excedrin or other over the counter medications have never worked for me. I either have to deal with the pain or take something that makes me feel groggy-- UNTIL NOW! Migralex isn't a miracle drug but it is very effective at cutting the pain down of my moderately severe headaches. I can get on with my day without falling asleep, feeling groggy or any other ill side effect that usually comes with the prescription stuff. You are still going to need a rescue medication for the worst headaches, but for a person who gets regular headaches or an occasional tension/sinus/menstrual headaches this medication is wonderful!
