In this book he presents an approach that is easy to understand, and more importantly, easy to implement. He doesn't ramble on about esoteric analytical ideas or get bogged down in complicated theories. True to his form, he lays out the psychology involved, and then gives a very clear formula to determine how emotionally sane or stable people are. I can see how these tools might be misused or even abused, so I subtracted a star, but I do recommend this book highly as a way to better know and understand what kind of people are coming in and out of one's life.
